At Kalevala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new garment isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
